Key Tasks:

1. Creating a knowledge Bank of Key Changes to the Tax and Business Laws in the Reach Accountant Blog and informing the customer of such changes.
2. Creating Tutorials and ?How-to-do? videos to educate our customers and users about our Accounting product.
3. Conducting webinars and seminars educating our customer of Tax Laws.
4. Administering the Blog and Discussion Forums in our website.

Skills:

1. A Chartered Accountant
2. Speaking English and Hindi
3. Extremely Good Communication and writing skills.
4. Understanding of Internet and ability to use web-tools.

Location:

Chennai

Remuneration:

4 Lakhs to? 10 Lakhs / Annum.

Designation:

Chief Operations Manager

Key Tasks:

1. Managing the accounting support team.
2. Creating Processes and Best Practices for handling support functions.
3. Handle Complaints and manage tickets raised by customers
4. Handle the Chat Support to customers.
5. Handle Phone Support to customers.

Skills:

1. A Chartered Accountant
2. Speaking English and Hindi
3. Extremely Good Communication and writing skills.
4. Understanding of Internet and ability to use web-tools.
5. Preferably with experience of working in a BPO/ Support earlier.

Chief Product Manager

Key Tasks:

1. Ideating and creating new features to the product.
2. Work Closely with the design team on UI functions.
3. Work Closely with the Development team on Production.
4. Test new features.
5. Attend key Business events and promote product.
6. Do product presentations and demo in key events.

Skills:

Key Tasks:

1. Designing and developing the Reach Accountant interface
2. Ability to clearly understand web-user behaviour.
3. Work closely with the product manger and producing wireframes.
4. Demonstrating wireframes and re-visiting design if required.
5. Ability to design in photoshop and Coreldraw
6. Ability to produce cross-browser compatible codes including mobile phones.
7. Ability to convert into HTML5 and CSS
8. Knowledge of Javascript and jQuery

Skills:

1. A Graduate with the above skills
2. With 3+ years experience in web page design and mobile app design.

Remuneration:

4 Lakhs to 6 Lakhs / Annum.

Designation:

Chief Mobile Developer

Key Tasks:

1. Acting as lead iOS and/ or Android developer. Depending on the skills set can be lead on one platform and play a supporting
2. Deliver across the entire app life cycle ?concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support
3. Working directly with developers and product managers to conceptualise, build, test and realise products
4. Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions
5. Build prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects
6. Working along the web developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support the apps
7. Working with the front end developers to build the interface with focus on usability features
8. Create compelling device specific user interfaces and experiences
9. Standardising the platform and in some cases apps to deliver across multiple brands with minimal duplication of effort
10. Optimising performance for the apps
11. Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technologies
12. Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
13. Attend industry events/ conference ? both attending and presenting

Skills:

1. Proven commercial software development experience ? desktop and mobile
2. Published examples of mobile applications on the App store or the Android market
3. Excellent knowledge in information architecture, human computer interaction and usability design principles
4. A track record of delivering successful consumer and or business products
5. Ability to use analytic data and user testing to inform design decision
6. A passion for new consumer technology and the emerging media landscape
7. Ability to multi task and good time management skills
8. Ability to work on their own and as a part of the team
9. iOS ?Strong OO design and programming skills in Objective-C
10. Familiar with iOS SDK (UIKit, Cocoa Touch, Core Data, Core Location, etc)Familiar with xcode
11. Android ?Strong OO design and programming skills in Java (J2EE/ J2ME)
12. Familiar with the Android SDK
13. Knowledge of SQLite, MySQL or similar database management system
14. Familiar with Eclipse
15. Common -Understanding of other compiled languages
16. Experience on web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
17. Experience of development using web technologies
18. Good understanding of OO programming and design patterns
19. Good understanding of HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax and PHP
20. Experience building web and native apps
21. Experience using social media APIs
22. Ads integration using a 3rd party ad server (DART)
23. Using version control (e.g. SVN)
24. Excellent debugging and optimisation skills
